Hotel FAQs
- Q(1): What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in: From 14:00, Check-out: Until 12:00.
- Q(2): Could you please provide information about late check-out?
A: Late check-out is available for a fee as follows:
- Until 18:00: Half the price of one night
- After 18:00: Price of one night
* Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate late check-outs, so please contact us in advance if needed.
* Additionally, you can relax at our attached "Dia Lounge" (free until 23:00) until your departure.
- Q(3): Please explain how to use the laundry service.
A: Please place your clothes in the provided laundry bag along with the laundry list. We will collect them by 10:00 in the morning and deliver them back to your room around 19:00 the same day.
* You can use up to 10 items per day with the DIA BUSINESS PACK (500Rs+TAX).
- Q(4): What is the policy for early check-in?
A: The early check-in fee is as follows:
- Before 7:00 am: Price of one night
- After 7:00 am: Half the price of one night (* Breakfast is available at an additional cost.)
- Q(5): Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance?
A: Yes, it's possible. We will need to confirm your name, contents of the shipment, and expected arrival date in advance.
* Please inquire separately for large items or other specific requests.
- Q(6): What should I do if I lock my room key inside the room?
A: Please contact the front desk. We will provide you with a replacement key. Once you unlock your room, please return the original key to the front desk.
- Q(7): When does the cancellation fee apply?
A: The change/cancellation fees are as follows:
- From 48 hours before check-in time (14:00): 100% of the first night's stay
- No-show (cancellation without notice): 100% of the first night's stay
* For changes or cancellations on the day of arrival, please contact the hotel.
* Example: Cancellations for stays scheduled on June 10th are free until 14:00 on June 8th.
- Q(8): Is it possible for two people to stay in one room?
A: Yes, it's possible. Please inform us when making a reservation.
* An additional charge of +2,000Rs+TAX per person will apply.
- Q(9): Can children stay with us?
A: Yes, children under 12 can stay for free.
* For children aged 12 and above, an additional charge of +2,000Rs+TAX per person will apply as adult fare.
- Q(10): Is it possible to add an extra bed?
A: Yes, it's possible. It's free to add an extra bed only in Executive rooms.
* Please inquire as availability may vary depending on the season.
- Q(11): I'd like to send my luggage from the hotel.
A: Yes, it's possible. Please contact the front desk for details on fees, which may vary based on weight and distance.
- Q(12): Is it possible to leave luggage after check-out?
A: Yes, it's possible. Please contact the front desk.

- Q(1): What time does breakfast start?
A: Monday to Saturday: 6:30 - 10:00 (Last order at 9:30)
Sunday: 7:00 - 10:30 (Last order at 10:00)
* Breakfast is served at the Cafe & Restaurant "Honey" on the 1st floor.
- Q(2): I only want to use the breakfast at the hotel.
A: Non-hotel guests can avail breakfast for 900Rs+TAX per person.
* Please inform the restaurant staff when using the service.
- Q(3): What are the restaurant's operating hours?
A: Cafe & Restaurant "Honey" on the 1st floor:
- 12:00 - 15:30 (Last order at 15:00)
- 18:00 - 23:00 (Last order at 22:30)
Japanese restaurants "Raifu" and "Raifu-tei" on the 2nd floor:
- 12:00 - 14:30 (Last order at 14:00)
- 18:00 - 23:00 (Last order at 22:30)
- Q(4): Is there room service?
A: Room service is available from 22:30 to 7:00 the next morning.

A: Please inquire as the availability of bread may vary depending on the season.

A: Operating hours are as follows:

- Q(6): What type of electrical outlets are used in India?
A: The main types of electrical outlets in India are B3, BF, B, and C types. Our hotel rooms use B3 type outlets.
- Q(7): Is it possible to borrow plug adapters?
A: Yes, it is possible. Please inquire at the front desk.
* Please note that there is a limited number of adapters available, so we may not be able to lend them out in some cases.
- Q(8): The TV won't turn on.
A: It may take some time to start up.
* If the issue persists after some time, please contact the front desk.
- Q(9): Which credit cards are accepted?
A: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and JCB are accepted.
- Q(10): Is there an ATM in the hotel?
A: There is no ATM in the hotel. HDFCBANK is within a 5-minute walk.
- Q(11): Are there any shops nearby for shopping?
A: Within a 20-minute drive from the hotel, you can find Ambience Mall (large mall), South Point Mall (mall/groceries/daily necessities), and Spencer's (groceries/daily necessities).
- Q(12): Can I watch Japanese TV programs?
A: You can enjoy programs from "NHK World/NHK World Premium" in your room.
- Q(13): Is there a smoking area within the hotel?
A: There is no designated smoking area inside the building. Please use the smoking area next to the hotel entrance.
- Q(14): Can I purchase tobacco within the hotel?
A: Tobacco is available for purchase at Cafe Restaurant "Honey" on the 1st floor.
- Q(15): Can I make external or international calls from the room phone?
A: Yes, it is possible (charges apply).

- Q(16): Is fax transmission possible?
A: Unfortunately, we do not handle fax transmissions.

A: Only A4 size printing is available. Up to 5 pages in black and white are free at the front desk.
- Q(18): Is it possible to use the bath after check-out?
A: Bath use is available until the evening of the check-out day for hotel guests only.
- Q(19): Can you provide assistance with taxi services during my stay?
A: For taxi services other than airport pick-up, please consult the hotel travel desk.
