Hotel FAQs

  1. Q(1): What are the check-in and check-out times?
    A: Check-in: From 14:00, Check-out: Until 12:00.
  2. Q(2): Could you please provide information about late check-out?
    A: Late check-out is available for a fee as follows:
    - Until 18:00: Half the price of one night
    - After 18:00: Price of one night
    * Depending on availability, we may not be able to accommodate late check-outs, so please contact us in advance if needed.
    * Additionally, you can relax at our attached "Dia Lounge" (free until 23:00) until your departure.
  3. Q(3): Please explain how to use the laundry service.
    A: Please place your clothes in the provided laundry bag along with the laundry list. We will collect them by 10:00 in the morning and deliver them back to your room around 19:00 the same day.
    * You can use up to 10 items per day with the DIA BUSINESS PACK (500Rs+TAX).
  4. Q(4): What is the policy for early check-in?
    A: The early check-in fee is as follows:
    - Before 7:00 am: Price of one night
    - After 7:00 am: Half the price of one night (* Breakfast is available at an additional cost.)
  5. Q(5): Is it possible to send luggage to the hotel in advance?
    A: Yes, it's possible. We will need to confirm your name, contents of the shipment, and expected arrival date in advance.
    * Please inquire separately for large items or other specific requests.
  6. Q(6): What should I do if I lock my room key inside the room?
    A: Please contact the front desk. We will provide you with a replacement key. Once you unlock your room, please return the original key to the front desk.
  7. Q(7): When does the cancellation fee apply?
    A: The change/cancellation fees are as follows:
    - From 48 hours before check-in time (14:00): 100% of the first night's stay
    - No-show (cancellation without notice): 100% of the first night's stay
    * For changes or cancellations on the day of arrival, please contact the hotel.
    * Example: Cancellations for stays scheduled on June 10th are free until 14:00 on June 8th.

    A: Yes, it's possible. Please inform us when making a reservation.

    A: Monday to Saturday: 6:30 - 10:00 (Last order at 9:30)
    Sunday: 7:00 - 10:30 (Last order at 10:00)
    * Breakfast is served at the Cafe & Restaurant "Honey" on the 1st floor.
  2. Q(2): I only want to use the breakfast at the hotel.
    A: Non-hotel guests can avail breakfast for 900Rs+TAX per person.
    * Please inform the restaurant staff when using the service.
  3. Q(3): What are the restaurant's operating hours?
    A: Cafe & Restaurant "Honey" on the 1st floor:
    - 12:00 - 15:30 (Last order at 15:00)
    - 18:00 - 23:00 (Last order at 22:30)
    Japanese restaurants "Raifu" and "Raifu-tei" on the 2nd floor:
    - 12:00 - 14:30 (Last order at 14:00)

  4. Q(4): Is there room service?
    A: Room service is available from 22:30 to 7:00 the next morning.
